Welcome to "Flashcard 3D"! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Flashcard 3D" mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

The App allows you to create, manage, and study flashcards on your mobile device for study purpose. Content created in the App can be exported as CSV files and shared manually with others for import into their version of the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App. You must ensure that any content you share does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Sharing and Exporting

The App provides a feature to export user-create content as CSV files. You are responsible for the content and how you distribute these files. Flashcard 3D does not access or store any content created or shared via these files.

7. Termination

Since the App allows use without registration or accounts, we cannot directly suspend individual users. However, we reserve the right to modify or limit features of the App globally if necessary to address misuse or ensure compliance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashcard 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. You should review this page periodically.
